Thursday training
I haven’t logged any training in this week because I was down and out with some kind of stomach bug. Most of my week was spent either shivering, sweating or in the bathroom. I trained a little today but my stomach was still feeling a little cramped up. So I didn’t exactly set the world on fire today.
Hang cleans:
We worked up to 265lbs for 6 doubles
Machine presses: 6 sets of 10
YTI raises: 20lbs 4 sets of 10 reps
Preacher machine curls: 5 sets
Hammer dumbbell curls: 4 sets
