Bro science vs Geek science . . . you decide.
The following is a video of my cousin Dave and a guy named Ian McCarthy in an actual debate. The idea of this meeting all started when McCarthy began posting videos on youtube disputing what he calls old school "Bro science" diet myths such as eating every two hours for bodybuilders and other contemporary ideas that most bodybuiders hold to be true. He named a few "diet gurus" in the industry as being uninformed and ignoring the scientific community. One of those gurus happened to be my cousin Dave.
