Olympic gold medalist approved back attack
Don and I decided to just some stupid heavy back stuff today.
High-pulls: 60Kg x 5 80 x 5 100 x 5 120 x 5 130 x 3 140 x 3 150 x 3 160 x 3 170 x 3 (374lbs)
Barbell shrug: 170kgs x 15 200 x 15 220 x 10 240 x 10 240 x 15 (524lbs)
Barbell rows: 110 x 10 130 x 8 150 x 8 170 x 6 190 x 4 210 x 3 (462lbs)
Hyper deads: 70kgs x10 90 x 8 110 x 6 120 x 6 130 x 6 70 x 20
My rows were so heavy and heinous looking that former Olympic gold medal wrestler Kurt Angle happen to be there watching me and was cringing as I stood up with my head all purple and veiny. I took that as a compliment. I told him he needs to step up his neck game if he wants to throw down with me.
