Thursday Shoulder Training
Military press: 40kg x 8 50 x 6 60 x 5 70 x 3 80 x 2 90 x 1 95 x 1 100 x 1 My shoulder held up fairly well. I didn't want to push it to the brink though.
Super-set press beind neck/dumbbell side raises: 115/35lbs 10 sets of 10 each
Super-set: rear delt machine/rear dumbbell raise: 4 sets of 12 each
