Tuesday training
Yesterday I did my inaugural workout for 2013 and it went pretty well. I got to the gym at around 8:30 in the morning and the joint was already jumping. My partners couldn’t make it in so I was on my own but I didn’t mind, I actually had the day off so I just wanted to get done quick and get out.
Squats with extra chain weight:
135 + 120 in chain x 10
225 + 120 x 8
275 + 120 x 5
315 + 120 x 3
365 + 120 x 3
405 + 120 x 3
455 + 120 x 1
315 + 120 x 6
225 + 120 x 10
Every squat was done raw, deep and high-bar style.
Glute/Ham raise:
1 set of 12 with bodyweight
3 sets of 12 with added band
1 set till failure with bodyweight
Neck work: 5 sets
I was sitting here today deeply pondering all the things I wanted to improve on in my life for the new year. I was going to write them down for you all in a very interesting and poignant way. But then I got sleepy and forgot what I was doing. Maybe next year.
