I got the word today that Iím getting a small procedure done on my foot in mid February. They are going to straighten out this old break that didnít heal right on the outside of my foot. The doc said Iím looking at 3 weeks on crutches and another 3 weeks in a boot, I should be able to handle that. This procedure is not going to straighten my ankle but it will hopefully cut down on the constant foot pain that I live with every day.
In honor of it being cold today I wore my dad jeans to work. I am not sure when and how they became Ďdad jeansí but all I know is one day they were regular Levis that all the cool guys in the commercials wore and then next day they were dad jeans. At least that is according to the girls at my gym. Ahh whatever! Iím an old dad, Doesnít that make it ok for me to wear dad jeans?
