Thursday training

I have had zero energy and even less focus the last couple days. I don't train on wednesdays and pretty much walked around like a zombie all yesterday but today I was forced to pull something out of my ass in the gym. I guess it’s a testament t how long I have been doing this but once I get started instinct takes over and get rolling pretty good, even with no energy. Today was just shoulders so it wasn’t a huge workout thank god.

Clean and press:

Dumbbell side raise:
