Shoulder Day at Snap Fitness(works in a pinch)
Being that its the holidays we are out of town. We have to train where ever we can find a place to train. Christmas eve or not, its still a training day. I still got a good shoulder day in.
PreExhaust -Side raise 3 sets of 30 in cable machine
Seated Military Press -4 sets of 10@225
DB Side Raise w/Plates -4 sets of 10 w/25lb plates -Drop set -15lbs then 5lbs till failure
Machine Military Press -I sit reverse what the machine is set up for -Facing the other way I can feel it better in my shoulders -4 sets of 20
Cable Side raise -3 sets of 30
Smith Machine Shrug -6 sets of 20 working up to 365 -365x20
Smith Machine Behind back shrug -4 sets of 20@225
