12/24 Monday and Christmas
YRG Morning Yoga: 15 minutes
Static Stretching for piriformis and hamstrings
Push Ups: 25 reps
Crunches: 50 reps
Recumbent Bike: 20 minutes
Ultrasound lower back: 8 minutes
I only have to work half a day today. So, I'm hoping to pick Chris up around 2:30. We are going to come home and do some stretching, yoga, push ups, and crunches. We are doing Christmas Eve at my Aunts house and then Chris is sleeping over. Tomorrow, we'll do Santa at his mom's house. We have dinner tomorrow night at my parents house. Chris really wants to go fishing tomorrow at my parents house between celebrations. We'll see if he still feels that way after he gets his presents.
