Weight Felt fine. I am also doing a reload, of sorts, on deadlift. I maxed out raw in recent weeks. Now I shift my focus to geared strength, so the gear comes back on but I also reduce the weight. I will ramp the weights up every week and peak at the right time hopefully. I have put on some weight so now is a good time to re-assess my gear combination. I actually warmed up conventional tonight to see how it feels. Conventional feels real good right now, but I am not used to pulling conventional in gear. So I decided to stick with sumo and I plan on playing with geared conventional during the offseason. I pulled in just the jack tonight, because I knew I wasn't fitting the briefs on underneath. Felt good.
