Sun - week 6 deload squat
Nothing much to this day. My whole body is sore from benching yesterday. Yes, my whole body. If you're benching over 90% and you arent sore below the waist, then you're doing it wrong!

Leg press: 3 sets of 10
Calves on leg press: 50 reps
Up and down planks: 50 reps
Nothing special to report. Recovery deal basically.
Wednesday I will being doing some back work, and Saturday I will be taking 1000 for a double on the squat.
