Jay Z Overhead Press Method

I have a theory on how to combine the AC / DC Method and the Jay-Z Method for a full 8 week Training Program.

Seriously...you guys laugh but since starting the AC/DC Method I've set OHP PRs and the Jay-Z Method looks to be something very positive that will continue me though some all time PRs soon.
