Like I posted from the other day, the guys definitely helped me get my form in check. Worked my grip in about 2". Might be the key to victory. I also allowed myself a bit of a head lift as the weight came down. I had good success with that in the shirt so I figured I'd give it a try.
I'll get to try this all out on the 30th as I am doing a charity bench event. Meanwhile, I'm sick as a dog. Hope to be better by then.
