Friday - Back with the old crew for a night

I went to CT and trained with the boys. I did very little, but it was good to be back. Went out to grab some meat after.

SSB Squat 5x5
SSB GM's 3 sets
SSB Shrugs 5 sets
Step-ups 3x6
Crunches 3 sets

Just got in some reps and moved. I feel pretty good today. Trying to keep adding some weight to the SSB each session. Nothing crazy.
