December 11th, Two A Day Video
Had some stomach issues at the end of the week before and it had me a bit down for these sessions but I was recovering quickly. Monday: Front Squat 225 lbs and then felt like death. Tuesday: Speed Bench: 157 + 110 lbs chains 5 x 5 Add 55 lbs chain x 3 221 + 165 chain x 3 Finished with some Dbell Floor Presses and GHRs Tuesday Evening: Front Squat: 140 kg x 3 x 4 sets Back Squat 140 kg x 3 x 4 sets BTN LOTS of 5's Then I waited in line with the 9 year olds to learn how to Snatch. At one point I just walked over and deadlifted roughly 600 lbs cold after struggling with a 88 lb snatch several times.VIDEO
