Life is hard. My only escape is training.
How do people go through life without working out? Whats their escape?
Why do people make me feel guilty for working out and eating healthy ?
Everyday at work I get asked if I workout? I always yes for my whole life. They respond with a disgusted look, or “I don't have time to workout” or rarely “good for you”. I smile and walk away.
I would never go up to a person and ask them why are you overweight? It's the same scenario? But instead I just get questioned for being in shape.
I try not to let it bother me but tonight put me over the edge. I was asked the same questioned and I responded the same way. But the reaction was “good for you all high and mighty, we will still be buried in the same ground”. I again smiled and walked away.
But I was thinking holy cow whats wrong with people??? Point made EVERYONE needs to physically move some how, there are so many different forms of exercise WHY do people make life so much harder than it really is. Life is already hard, but it be could less hard if we all just took care of the one body that has to go through it ALL!
