2000 reps per week
Trying to build some more muscle, so my idea is to do 500 reps per training day 4 times a week 2000 reps per week. I think its working, I plan to do it till January 1st. Not too long but should be enough time to accomplish some muscle gain. It's a good distraction to stay away from the 3 main lifts. My workouts do take about 90 minutes. I am super sore and recovery is getting harder but my joints feel the best they have in years. My plan is to do April women's Pro/Am, I need to stay “in the game” healthy so I can crush my records. I should lift as strong as I feel.
Sunday upper body Machine chest press 110x5x20
Incline hammer strength 95x5x20
machine shoulder press 40x5x20
seated machine tricep extension 30x5x20
cable tricep pressdown 90x5x20
5 movements and extreme soreness
ended with 5x20 weighted crunches
Monday and Tuesday 30 min cardio
