***In full disclosure, I was wearing a pair of (as Dave Tate calls them) "stealth briefs". (If you've been reading, you know that my hip has been kinda wonky... this helps.) These are an old flimsy single ply suit with the straps cut off that I wore 6 years ago. Dave says it only qualifies as stealth briefs if you can do lunges without it altering your movement pattern.... Check. The reason I am say this is because it's only fair to all the "raw" folks out there... I mean, I wouldn't want to slide briefs on underneath a pair of shorts and "pretend" I wasn't wearing any.... that would just be silly.****
