Squat / Pull Day
So the meet was 18 days ago and I still haven’t squatted over 185 and I haven’t even touched a deadlift.
My upper It/Quad issue is feeling much better and I think it starting to heal. The low back twinge is coming along as well. The point of the past 2 1/2 weeks has been recovery only. The diet has tightened up a bit and I was 264 today. I was 271 December 2nd so it’s going well.
Wide stance Yoke Bar pause squats
185 for 5 sets of 5. Each squat was paused for 3 second sin the hole.
Close stance Yoke bar Good mornings
5 sets of 5 with 185
One more week of lower body fluff before my next meet prep begins.
