Shoulder Work
My next meet date is now set and it’s back to work. USAPL PA states on March 24th. Im back to shoulder work on Mondays now. It isn’t much but its enough to hit the delts and make them stronger. Due to shitty shoulder joints I don’t do a lot of delt work. Usually about 6 sets.
Standing side raise
15’s for 2 sets of 20 45’s for 3 sets of 10
Standing Front Raise
45’s for 3 sets of 10
DONE
I have a throat infection right now and luckily tonight won’t be a killer squat workout. I started back loading again Monday and I’m heading back to 242. My snoring is awful right now and the wife is at the breaking point. I have had this throat infection since Sunday and between me and the kids, she might just kill us all. We are waking her up every hour. I hope I make it through the night LOL.
