Getting back to doing some work. I think I am going to get rid of squatting and regular deadlifting for now. My back and right knee never feel good anymore. I should just embrace my outer bench queen and give up on all things other than the bench. I will be talking to Josh about how I can maintain leg strength without compromising my back.
