Friday training

I have really fallen off the eating clean wagon as of late. I guess with the cold weather coming and wearing bulkier clothes itís easier to relax the diet and become a fat ass. You know how it goes, a hoagie here, some fries there. Ahhh fuck it, Iíll worry about it later.

Front Squat:

Deadlift:

Shrugs with cambered bench bar

This was quite a good little workout. You can't go wrong with front squats and deads. Well sometimes things could go wrong I guess, but they didn't this time. It was one of those days where my knees felt good and my deads felt strong and I didn't tear my lat out of the socket for a change.
