Thursday shoulders
Recently my wife has come to me to make an important decision. It is that that time of year at her job where she has to make certain choices regarding our health benefits. The past few years we went with an 80/20 plan and if we switch to a 70/30 plan we could save $400 a month. She brought up the subject by saying “So what are the chances that you’ll need major surgery in the next year?” Most people wouldn’t have to sit there and consider this as a serious question but I do because of my recent history with injury in the last ten years or so. I actually decided to tell her to go for the 70/30 plan thinking that maybe that injury factor will be more in the back of my mind and make me train a lot smarter. Do you think it’ll work? Me either.
Hang clean and push-press:

Rear delt machine: 4 sets of 12
Dumbbell rear delt 4 sets of 15
I have really been working on the coconutization of my deltoids for the last year or so. I always was impressed with giant shoulders.
