Tuesday Legs

Woke up feeling haggard but took the time to really warm up well. There was only two of us training today so I pushed the pace on this workout making it really tough.

Squats, raw, deep and pain free:
135 + 120 in chains x 8
185 + 120 in chains x 6
225 + 120 in chains x 5
275 + 120 in chains x 3
315 + 120 in chains x 3
365 + 120 in chains x 3
405 + 120 in chains x 3

Leg press with band tension
15 reps
20 reps
25 reps

RDL
135 x 12
185 x 8
235 x 8
285 x 6
285 x 6
285 x 6

Hyperextensions: one set till failure, 30 reps was all I could get after the RDLís.
