I actually had a great time working this past holiday weekend (except for the garage door fiasco). So many guests dropped in to train and it really brought a nice energy to the place.
I banged out a quick session today. Thank the 7lb, 8oz baby Jesus for that stim unit I just got because my shoulder has been getting increasingly stronger each week now. So now my shoulder is just being held together by cortisone and electricity! Fuck it, as long as it holds together I’ll take that all day long.
