Stretching
Standing band gm's 3x10

SSB squats 65/115/155/180/220x5

Holy sh!t was I sore. I could hardly get out of bed. I guess I really punished myelf benching. I haven't felt this brutalized in a while. I must have spent close to an hour rolling and stretching prior to training.

Later in the day I iced my pecs and took a contrast shower. I forgot to mention in my log, I did the same the night before, after benching.
