What is worse than having to get out of your warm bed after only being in it for only about four hours, going out in the cold and heading to work on a weekend day? I’ll tell you what’s worse, getting to work and finding out one of your bone head gym members closed the automatic garage door while it was obstructed and not only left the door wide open to all the neighborhood crackheads over night but also broke the door in the process. So what little energy I might have had stored up in me to keep my old ass awake at work all day totally was wasted during the overly dramatic fit that I threw when I saw what had happened. Some local scumbag could have just rolled under the door and stole my cash, dropped a big deuce in the shitter, did a full body workout and then made the dash and I would be screwed yet again.

My black Friday training:

Front squat:
60kg x 6
80 x 6
100 x 3
120 x 3
140 x 2
160 x 1 (352lbs)

Deadlift:
Since my lat ripped out of the socket two weeks ago I just stayed off to the side from my partners and worked on changing some things with my technique. I think I might have straightened some things out that will help my pull but I won’t know until I can go heavier.
