Fat bar pulldowns to belly 100 2x20
Dbl preacher curls 20 2x20
The 425x6 was a really solid top set. The last rep was a real squeeze. However, I wanted more work. So, I just dropped the weight down a few lbs and squeezed out another set of 6 with 405.
