Light Assistance work

I wanted to get something in today before I hit the road for the holiday family stops. I did a mini curcuit to get things moving and to encourage some active recovery.

Dead stop close grip pull ups 15 reps

Standing Cable Abs with 80lbs 15 reps

DB Side raises with 15lbs 15 reps

I did 3 circuits of this with about 30 seconds rest in between each sets.

DONE
