Kneeling band ab pulldowns 2x25
SSB seated gm's 75 2x25
SSB squats 185 10x10

While squatting I use a timer and keep the rest intervals to 60 seconds. Even with the weight as light as it is, that timer sure moves fast. As a bench only queen I am thinking about combining these lower body days with conditioning work. Gotta come up with a plan.
