My love/hate relationship with squatting continues as I hit a personal goal. I finally walked out and raw Olympic style squatted 500lbs since my quad tear last summer. The squat went well other than the fact that my good knee has been feeling strained every time we squat. I think I may just back it all down again and work on reps and keep the bar under 450 for a few months.
Power cleans (we just used these as a warm –up)

High-bar back squat
135lbs x 8
225 x 6
325 x 5
365 x 3
425 x 2
465 x 1
500 x 1
(I was supposed to drop down to 400 x3x5 but my left knee wasn’t having it. I was really happy with that raw, deep 500 though)
Light leg extensions:
3x15
1x25
Sled drags: 5 x 150’
GH raise: 3 sets till utter failure
