So I'm in the gym this past Friday and I told Brian that Rhodes posted he was down in the 14% bodyfat range. Not to be outdone, Brian immediately started peeling off clothes and taking mirror pics. He sent one off to Matt and shortly thereafter he got one back.

I must admit, Matt looked pretty darn good. I am happy that he is happy. I am also pleased he seems to be in less pain. That said, rules are rules. Rhodes is out!

Now me on the other hand, from my pic, you can see I am still a full unashamed 285 lbs of twisted steel and sex appeal. Using my finely tuned eyeball calipers, and the 24 pinch method, I am somewhere between 5 to 30% bf. In other words, I am totally qualified for the job.

This "roll" is not to be taken lightly my friends. There is a conspiracy out there. The powers that be want Rhodestown shut down for good. Michelle Obama has been attacking us for a full term and now she has another four years to go. Bloomberg is banning oversized sodas in NY. To top it off Hostess is going under. When not training or eating I will be working on brokering a deal with Hostess and Mexican based Grupo Bimbo.

Seriously though, good for Matt. I only plan on being in Rhodestown for a few more months myself. It's fun to be in Rhodestown, but all should have a back up plan. I knew from the day I started packing it on, that I'd be taking it off one day. Health always needs to be a consideration.

With that said, in the not too distant future, someone will need to take up the torch. Who will be the next mayor of Rhodestown? Be on the lookout for applications.
