Monday training and other happenings
Many of you that follow me on Twitter or are Facebook friends with me might have noticed that I have recently been Instagramming photos like a mad man and posting them up. Most of them are lifting photos from the gym and not dishes of food or randomly parked vehicles. The fact that I am now on Instagram is because I got with it, got off the Blackberry and joined the iPhone revolution and got myself an iPhone 5, a most impressive device.

Just to show you want a rough neighborhood Iron Sport is located in I just got off the phone a minute ago with a woman. She was asking me if I would put her son’s membership on hold for a few months. I said, “sure” and asked what happened. She casually told me the kid (who is a junior in high school) shot himself in the leg cleaning his pistol. I’m thinking, why the hell does a 16 year old kid need a pistol, and why didn’t this woman sound like this was anything unusual? I didn’t know what to say so I told her that I would be in here training the next day if I got shot with a bazooka and that her son is a pussy. THREE MONTHS? Ain’t nobody got time fer dat!
