Warm up
Soft tissue work: ELITEFTS roller, rumble roller, theracain, stick, and lacrosse ball.
I hit my entire body for 10 minutes.
Mobility Work: 10 movements for 1 set of 10 reps each
Squat
135 for 5
235 for 5
325 for 3
415 for 2
475 for 5
Deadlift
245 for 5
Glute Ham Raise
3 sets of 15
Knee Ext
3 sets of 15
DONE
Nothing much here. Not quite a deload and not quote a hard workout. Its good mix that serves me purpose and keeps me healthy. Winding down and icing up as I write.
