If you are a fan of my writing you may have noticed that I haven’t really written any articles lately. I just haven’t had much inspiration for topics to write about, so in order to not write about crap I don’t believe in I just choose not to write at all. It works out better for all of us. So if you all have anything you want me to expand on just inbox me through the Q & A section.
I just did a quick session today:
Clean combos (Two High-pulls and one hang clean)
50kgs x 1
70 x 1
90 x 1
100 x 1
105 x 1
110 x 1
115 x 1
120 x 1
I haven’t done any cleans in a few months, my wrists and shoulders were tight.
Squats: I just worked up to 275 + 80lbs in bands for 5x5. I was working on dropping into my squats faster and holy fuckballs its been a few hours and my knees are totally smoked now.
Leg extensions: 4 light sets
45 degree back raises: 4 x 15 with added band resistance.
