LOG SUMMARY NOTE:
After 42 weeks of straight high volume training the decision to take a few weeks off training was made Oct 5th. What you will see in these log posts will be a gradual increase in volume, workload and density. These variables will not increase at the same time and will also be dependent on movement selection.
During my time off there was no training at all, I ate what I wanted -- when I wanted. I did zero cardio, stretching or anything that even resembled training. I lived like the "normal person" got weak, lost weight and got fat. Now it's time to NOT be normal anymore.
If you want to watch the path from normal to training insane stay tuned. This won't happen in 1-2 weeks but rather over the course of a couple months.
I am going to try to catch my log up right now but I think there is a Duck Dynasty marathon going on right now so it's going to be very hard to focus.
Jase just got busted going after frogs on the golf course, and this was after Willie sent Si to career day where is showed the kids how to prepare duck.

I trained arms on Thursday, Back on Sat and Chest Today.
I also began the official process of trying to figure out what the hell is wrong with my hip and back. Went to the doctor Friday and got a cortisone shot in the bursa. This helped some but it's still f**cked up and has been since September. I will get an MRI on Tuesday or Wednesday and go from there.
If I was to guess based on how it feels and what I have been told so far in I have an impinged nerve dues to issues with my L5.
Will know more this week.
This is all for now. I have never seen this show before I am not the best at multi tasking and I can't miss this.
Now I know why people who watch TV never get shit done.
