Bench with feet up, bar only 4x25
Barbell tri ext, bar only 4x25
Rev band pulldowns w/2dbl minis per side 4x25
Curls, ez bar only 4x25

End of the deload. Upper body feels pretty good. Back is still tender though. Looking forward to getting back to benching.
