Squat / Pull Day With Video
This week is typically the most important part of the cycle for me. Its when I actually go up to 90% of my real max and hope for a triple. This gives me an idea of how things went in the cycle and how things may go at the meet. Today went well and Im looking forward to some PRs at the meet.
Warm up Soft tissue work: ELITEFTS roller, rumble roller, theracain, stick, and lacrosse ball. I hit my entire body for 10 minutes. Mobility Work: 10 movements for 1 set of 10 reps each Raw Squat 135 for 5 235 for 3 325 for 3 405 for 2 505 for 1 590 for 3 Video of 590 for 3 VIDEO The goal was 3 and it went well. Raw sumo deadlift 245 for 2 335 for 2 425 for 2 515 for 1 635 for 3 Like the squat I had a triple planned and it went well. Video of 635 for 3 VIDEO I have 3 more workouts left and then its meet day. Thursday is a heavy triple on the bench and I hope it goes as well as tonight went.
