Tuesday training and the UPA Power Frenzy is this weekend!
Well another presidential election will come and go where I’m stuck at the gym all day and won’t get a chance to vote. Even prisoners get to freaking vote. It's not like I even fit into most standard voting booths anyway. At least I got to train today, that’s more important to me anyway.
High bar raw Squat:

I’m happy with the progress of my squat since starting doing them again. In two weeks I’m going to shoot for walking out and hitting a 500lb raw, deep, high bar style squat. That would be a huge accomplishment for my broken down knee, prehistoric looking foot and dodgy ankle. Pray for me kids!
