Saturday - Monday

My back is wrecked so I did not squat this weekend. No conditioning on Sunday either. I have to give my back a rest. Thankfully I am deloading this week. My body is speaking up.

Monday - Deload bench

Bench with feet up, bar only 4x25
Barbell tri ext, bar only 4x25
Rev band pulldowns w/dbl minis 4x25
Curls, ez bar only 4x25
