The hurricane is a comin'

Unlike every other gym in the Philly area that is closed today. I opened the gym with hurricane Sandy is bearing down on us and the place has been packed all day. By tomorrow it’s supposed to be the worst storm to ever hit the PA/NJ/DE area so in honor of this occasion I’m prepared to lash myself to the top of the building and scream at the storm like Lt Dan in Forrest Gump.

We hit some benching today but my shoulder was totally smoked, I couldn’t do anything without a lot of pain.

Bench press with chains:
135 + 80 x 10
185 + 80 x 5
225 + 80 x 3
225 + 80 x 3
245 + 80 x 2
245 + 80 x 2
265 + 80 x 2
265 + 80 X 2
175 + 80 x 12
155 + 80 x 16

Light dumbbell flyes:
