My peri-workout supplement protocol

Just thought I'd throw this out there. I spend so much time writing about my training and recovery, but I find this to be an integral part of my programming

Pre
5g leucine
5g creatine
50 gram protein shake

Post
5g leucine
5g creatine
50 gram protein shake
1 xl spotted brown banana
8 oz grape juice

I have the banana and grape juice because I hate wasting drinking carbs instead of eating them. I get sick of eating protein, but carbs are another story.
