Warm up
Soft tissue work:
Lacrosse ball on delts upper back and pecs.
Mobility work:
Pec mobs, wall slides and push up plus.
Front/Side/bent raise giant set
10lb Db for 2 sets of 8/8/8 back to back to back.
Front Raise
2 sets of 8 with 45’s
Side Raise
2 sets of 8 with 45’s
Bent raise
2 sets of 8 with 45’s
DONE
This took 10 minutes from start to finish. It doesn’t take much to get better if you focus.
