Some conditioning ramblings
Doing my silly fake WOD Wednesday, Fred, my back is aching today. As always, I struggle with my limitations. Having multiple torn biceps, a hernia repair, two rupturd lumbar discs, and my advancing age, I can't just do what I want, when I want. It's too haphazard.
I have to be calculated in my movements, so I'll have to shy away from awkward implements. I know I can do bodyweight tabatas, jump rope, sled work, and light running. Going to try out hill runs this weekend.
