Thursday Shoulders and a ONCE a year special offer!
Trying to come up with different things to do for my shoulders is getting tough because of the busted up state that I'm in. But you all know that old story . . . blah, blah, blah right? Anyway, like I always say: "The swole must go on!"
Standing EFS Multi-Grip Swiss Bar™ presses: I only did 5 light sets of 10 I have never done presses with this bar before but I liked it. Got a decent shoulder pump from all the reps.
Superset: barbell upright rows/band front raises. 4 sets of 12/15 (last two sets were to total failure)
Superset: rear delt machine/dumbbell side raises. 4 sets of 12/12 (last two sets were drop sets till falure)
Standing abs: 6 sets, 12, 12, 8, 8, 5, 5 reps
Remember, tomorrow (Friday Oct 19th) is Stevey P's birthday so if any of you FEMALE Pulcimaniacs want to stop by the gym and give me a birthday kiss I'll be there all day. Try to come early and avoid the rush. Tongues are not manditory but are heavily encouraged. If you can not make it to the gym I will also be accepting your topless photos via text. Again, you MUST be FEMALE to get in on this once a year offer! I forgot to prefice that important info last year and it was a truly horrifying day for me that took months to forget.
