Ugliest foot on EFS and tuesdays leg training
The last few days there has been a controversy brewing among some of the Team EFS members that were at the LTT5 over who had the nastiest feet that weekend. Harry “I don’t own shoes” Selkow or Matt Kroc? Some pictures have been thrown back and forth of both of their feet and I saw them and thought “Fuck, these two guys look like they could be foot models compared to my mangled mess of a hoof. I shot a picture of my right foot after I got done cutting my grass when it's at it's most jacked up and nasty state and posted it into their thread that was going back and forth. Needless to say that now you see the photo I was easily declared the winner . . . or the loser . . . whichever way you choose to look at it. That foot my friends is the product of 34 years of heavy lifting, nearly 20 years of highland games throwing, 6 broken bones (two that were actually treated) and two surgeries. The well used foot of a champion!
Now that you are all ready to vomit, this was our training today. We are actually deloading this week.
Power snatches: we just did these as a warm-up:
50kgs for 8 doubles
High-bar Olympic squats:
Worked up to 100kgs: 5 sets of 10 reps (I haven’t done much high rep work with the ass to grass high bar squats so this really got me cramping up. It was only me and the kid training today so we went with very short rest)
5 sets of 15
5 sets of 12
4 x 8
