Thursday training

Some pictures of the Celtic Classic Games that I was announcing at last week are starting to surface on Facebook. A friend of mine sent this to me today and told me that I need lessons in sitting like a proper lady in my kilt. No wonder I was getting much attention from the women all weekend.

Todays shoulder and biceps training:

High-pulls with added band tension:
Warmed up to 275lbs 6 sets of 3

Smith machine standing press superset with dumbbell side raise: 6 light sets of 15 each (my shoulder was killing me)

Rear delt dumbbell V raise: 4 x 20

Barbell curls: 6 light sets

Dumbbell hammer curls: 4 sets
