Tuesday Training
When I woke up this morning the weather was cool and damp and my joints always ache like a little old ladies broken hip when it’s like that. The last thing I felt like doing was putting a heavy bar on my back and doing any kind of deep knee bend. But I manned up, took some Aleve, warmed up extra long and ended up doing just fine. Thank god I own a gym and don’t have a real job and have all day to warm up and train.
Squat- all high bar, ass to grass and raw.

190 (419lbs) x ten singles- These went easy and quick, my legs and confidence in squatting are coming back nicely.
