Monday training
Just a quickie chest and triceps workout today
Bench press: Worked up to 315 for 10 paused singles (it sucks being on the comeback trail all the time with my benching. The weight is pathetically easy but I’m trying to preserve this battered shoulder)
Narrow grip bench: 250lbs x 12 225 x 15 200 x 17
Dumbbell flyes on low incline: 65lbs x 5 sets of 12
Two hand overhead dumbbell extensions: 90lbs x 100 reps (in six sets)
