15's for 8 25's for 8 35's for 8 45's for 8 55's for 8 65's for 8
Seated 1 arm db front raise

I love this exercise. I makes my shoulders work with minimal wear and tear. After I tore my bicep tendon at the humerous in 2009 I was limited in what I could do. These were one of those thing I could do post injury. I have been doing them again religously and Im PRing again on the bench. Give them a try.
You also see a little girl run in front of me while Im training. This is my typical monday workout. Either my kid or Bohs kid is there and they run wild. Im used to it now. Its either her swinging from the lat pull down all night or me not training at all. All in a days work.
